THE FLAPS PROJECT
We provide sexual and emotional welfare and specialist support services for nightlife and music festivals. Our trained and approachable team are on hand for anyone who has experienced sexual harassment or violence, is concerned, or simply needs a safe space to reset.

Alongside you in the fields, our approachable team are ready when you need us - no waiting on hold on a phone line.

If you're needing somewhere more private to disclose, fear not, our team are always available for more sensitive chats in our caravan.
Whether for a chat or advice, our team are on hand to offer support in a completely judgement free and impartial zone.

Our fannies are at the ready to chat to you about all things respect and consent, help you feel safe, or just have silly wee giggle (cause we believe that laughing is the key to changing minds).

SOLFEST
In 2024 we ventured back to west Cumbria to join Solfest for our second year in the healing fields, hosting our bell tent and caravan space for drop in chats and providing welfare outreach across the site.
KELBURN GARDEN PARTY
Kelburn Garden Party have been with us since the inception of our project in 2022. We look forward to joining them in 2025 for our 4th year running.
FEMME 45
We joined Femme 45 as a safe space partner in 2024. They are dedicated to creating an environment where everyone can feel physically and emotionally safe, respected, and valued. Join us again on 8th March!
HIDDEN DOOR ARTS
From their 5 day festival, to their 10th birthday party and the launch of their new venue The Paper Factory, we look forward to continuing our welfare partnership in 2025.
